Every Functioning Monkey item is printed to order — made specifically for you. This keeps things sustainable and avoids overproduction.
We've Got You Covered
If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. No hassle.
Change of Mind & Sizing
Because your item is made uniquely for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind. Please check our SIZE GUIDE before ordering. If you're unsure, we're happy to help.
Your Rights
Made-to-order products are exempt from standard cancellation rights under UK and EU consumer law. However, your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are fully protected.
Returns Process
If we've confirmed your return is valid, here's what to do:
- Contact us first — don't send anything back without hearing from us
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we recommend a tracked service
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your item
