UK DELIVERY
FM products are printed and dispatched in the UK. Every order is fully tracked, so you'll know exactly where your parcel is from dispatch to doorstep.
Production & Dispatch
Everything is made to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before your order ships. During busy periods this may vary slightly.
Delivery Options
Standard Tracked — Royal Mail 48
- 2–5 working days after dispatch
Express Tracked — Royal Mail 24 / EVRi 24
- 1–3 working days after dispatch
Next Day Courier — DPD
- 1 working day after dispatch
- Some remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands) may take a little longer
Delivery estimates are from dispatch date and don't include production time.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way. Depending on your chosen service and order size, delivery will be via Royal Mail, EVRi, or DPD.
Large Orders
Heavier parcels may be automatically upgraded to a courier service to make sure they arrive safely.
Late or Missing Orders
Please allow up to 10 working days after dispatch before reporting a UK order as missing. If it still hasn't arrived, get in touch and we'll chase it with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We can't be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details at checkout.
Returns & Issues
Because everything is made to order, we can only accept returns where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced. If something's not right, contact us as soon as possible with photos and details and we'll get it sorted.
Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and aren't guaranteed. Production times, seasonal demand, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally affect schedules.
