Tracking
You'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Parcels are tracked via local postal partners or international courier networks depending on your location.
Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country's authorities. These aren't included in your order total — please check your local regulations before ordering.
Late or Missing Orders
International deliveries can occasionally take longer due to customs or carrier delays. Please allow up to 21 days from dispatch before getting in touch. If your order still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
Because everything is made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced. If something's not right, get in touch promptly with photos and a description of the issue and we'll sort it.
